BHILI structure
We have Advisory council that provides guidance and advisory role. These provide their knowledge, skills and experience as part of their commitment to bring up high impact leaders who will make a better future. Then we have a team of mentors who give their time to speak or mentor leaders to make them High Impact Leaders. The we have support team who are behind all success you see.

The Process
Through online sessions, digital platforms and face to face session, this institute will therefore help young leaders and professionals across sectors to discover why they were born (Purpose), help them explore what personalities they are, help them to bolster their areas of strength and how to manage areas of development. Specifically for young leaders, it will instill confidence and encourage them to act. This will build on Baraca Obama quotation who said: “If you run you stand a chance of losing, but if you don’t run you’ve already lost.” It enhance their value addition at work place, be strategic thinkers, deliver results at work and solve societal problems through philosophy of research and research skills.

The purpose
Mark Twain said “The two most important days in life one is the day you were born and another is the day you discover why”. It is also a privilege to quoting late Dr. Myles Monroe a great minister and teacher who said “The most significant tragedy in life is not death, but life without purpose?”. We will therefore help learners to discover their purpose in life. Have a vision and work with them to develop strategies to shape the future.

Rationale
BIHILI is established to fill the gap that current high learning system is rather deficient in developing solid skills to critically think, focusing on results, innovation, confidence and adding value at work place. It will therefore not b competitive to other high learning institutions, but complementary. The current and future world is facing rapid change, lack of predictability, challenges composed of several interconnected variables and relationship between cause and effect not clear. This situation is referred to as Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguity (VUCA). BHILI therefore is positioning it self to nature High Impact Leaders with unwavering commitment who will navigate through these challenges. We will also nature employees who will add value in their companies and pioneers of change. As a graduate of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, I take responsibility to share my knowledge and skills through to young and middle career in leadership. This will be done through offering short courses, mentoring, live sessions and arranged talk.

The Context
Towards 4th industrial revolution, there is rapid and continuous change that individuals, families, society, institutions, and governments are looking for leaders who can create a better future. As things stands communities are loosing hope in their leaders where some trusted political, sectoral leaders became mediocre making wrong investment decisions that has caused loss of lives and livelihood, solving symptoms instead of root causes. Leaders not able to make decisive decisions on time, leading to underspending in major project whose impact last for years. So we are who we are because of what we did yesterday. To change tomorrow, we must change today. It is not the end, we can still do better tomorrow if we invest in High Impact Leadership purpose and values and so at Bujari High Impact Leadership we say Every failure is a step to success!

Peter Bujari
CEO & FOUNDER
is a graduate of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership on High Impact Leadership, a global citizen, public health, and development practitioner. You can learn more here. He has been a medical doctor, public health, and business administrator for 20 years. He is a founder of Health Promotion Tanzania, Bujari High Impact Institute, and Victory on the Cross ministry to mention a few. Prof. Phares Mujinja
Tutor
is a professor in health economics, strategic management, and public health at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has supervised more than 70 master’s students and 8 PhDs in different Public health, health economics, Health financing, strategic management, and other related management. He brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience in teaching, management, and coaching.
Dr. Zablon Mutonngu
Tutor
is a doctorate at St. Paul University he has top-level leadership and management skills, served as Director of the Institute of Lifelong Learning & Leadership Development Centre, Director of University Enterprise Unit and finally became Deputy Vice Chancellor, Finance & Administration. He holds a PhD in Organizational Development. His greatest strengths are strategic design, planning and implementation of strategies, project management, and developing leadership capabilities and abilities.
Jonas Mugisha
Administrator
